Job Description: Speech and Language Pathologist

MAS Charter School district is seeking a Full-Time (12-month contract) Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a job that is available now to help support this school year 2020/2021 in or near Albuquerque, New Mexico. This job will be working with 6-12th grade students and mild-moderate disabilities. The school district is currently accepting new grads.

Speech Language Pathologist Job Responsibilities:

Ability to work closely in classrooms and small group settings

Provide consistent comprehensive evaluations and services for a broad range of speech and language disabilities and both high tech and low tech Augmentative Alternative Communication

Must be a hands-on therapist with the ability to create a positive climate, culture, and school/work environment for staff and students

Speech Language Pathologist Job Requirements:

NM License

PEL (Professional Educators License)

Excellent collaboration skills

Previous IEP experience

Previous school experience is preferred

Salary Negotiable- based on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $44,000.00 to $64,000.00 /year
